いせ辰さんの犬張子、一番小さい子達は”守り犬”と呼ばれています。

背中に背負ったでんでん太鼓と箱は色とりどりの千代紙が貼られていて、

とっても可愛いんです。

Isetatsu's Inu Hariko, the smallest ones are called "guardian dogs".

The Denden-daiko drum and the box on their back are pasted with colorful chiyogami paper.

They are so cute.

箱とのマッチングも素晴らしい！

The matching with the box is also wonderful!

笊かぶり犬の箱も色とりどり。

The box of the zarukaburi dog is also colorful.

久しぶりに素張の犬張子も入荷しました。

江戸時代、張子は城下町で作られることが多かったのです。

お城から出る台帳などの反古紙が簡単に手に入ったからです。

素張の犬張子は、その反古紙を張子の表面に貼った味わい深い犬張子です。

It's been a long time since I've had a Subari dog Hariko in stock.

During the Edo period, Hariko was often made in castle towns.

This is because it was easy to obtain anti-waste paper such as ledgers from castles.

Subari Inu Hariko is a tasteful Inu Hariko with the recycled paper pasted on the surface of the papier mache.

サラッとしていて気持ち良いので、毎年暑くなるとつい着てしまうこの着物。

帯を変えて楽しんでいます。
